Downtime Salon and Spa

I’ve been coming here for nail since August 2013. Day before I was to leave for the Virgin Islands to get married I decided to get my nails done– they got me in! I’ve had to reschedule my appoints several times — most recently to replace a mani damaged by tiling before New Years/​and they got me in!

Called from Hawaii and spoke to owner. Told her I was coming into town and wanted appointments for me and my mother to get pedis, manis and facials. She told me there was no one working to do facials and she would call me back. She returned my call and told me they would have someone in and booked our appts. We show up this morning and they have us down for manis and pedis, no facial. There is a note in the computer tho that facials are to be scheduled, only they never were. Then our nails wouldn’t be able to be done for another hour! Not a very relaxing morning sitting around waiting for out turn and them not getting services we booked appts for! My mom has also tried this place before and there were similar issues. Get it together! If the owner can’t schedule properly how can this place run smooth? The lady at the front apologized a million times and were really nice (I think her name is Sam). No discounts were even offered as a way of apologizing, although I understand that the clerk at the front isn’t responsible for this. Just not what I expected at all! Very disappointed.
