We purchased a sofa sleeper and two recliners from this company and they were wonderful to work with. They had to order the chairs for us. They kept in touch with us by email as to how our order was progressing. When they came out to deliver the furniture they had problems getting the sleep in. They worked and worked and had to have their boss come out. They had to come back on another day with more help but they got it in and the old one out. They were very professional. I am so glad we made our purchase there.
