Wings Etc.

On previous visits, this restaurant had adequate food, standard bar fare in a sports bar environment and would have ordinarily earned a 4 star review as long as you knew you were going to be able to expect bar fare.
On my attempted visit two days ago, I noticed in very clear lettering on the front door, that it was a «NO SMOKING OR VAPING ESTABLISHMENT». They clearly don’t want my business. It caused me to seek dinner elsewhere.

Fun and excellent service. I’ve stopped in a few times for a quick lunch and they seem to have great specials every day. It’s not gourmet food but anyplace that is a franchise is going to have a standard menu. Fish tacos were excellent fish but the flour tortillas and iceberg lettuce and tomatoes really brought the quality down.

NEVER AGAIN! We ordered carry out and it was a nightmare. There was no parking for carry-​out orders. It was raining that night and the parking lot is horrible with mud and potholes. We ordered burgers with one order of wings and they forgot to put in our wings. Had to go back to get them and by then was so mad! I had to wait for them to make them, since they gave them to someone else and then tried to make nice with what I thought were vouchers for free dinners and turned out to be free appetizer with purchase of dinner. NO THANKS!

Tip: If you sit in the bar, stay away from 2 seater table at the wall. Golden Tee game is RIGHT next to the table. Horrible place to put a video game!

The Osceola location does not do the Wings Etc brand any favors. Service is extremely slow, the unpaved parking lot is a disaster with the climate changes, and the food somehow is overcooked 80% of the time from fries to the wings. We’ve had some crazy experiences, the most recent of which I had a waitress serve me a broken glass with my drink, which in itself wasn’t that big of a deal. The problem was, the same drink was dumped into a new glass rather than having it remade and returned to me. No comp was offered until I really got upset, at which point I just refused it. When I emailed corporate I got no response. To the manager’s credit he did buy my meal the next time I went in. (Unfortunately there are very few options in the area.) The wait staff is friendly and the reason it gets the extra star.

Wings Ect in general is by far my favorite place to get wings! Being from Southern Indiana I’d never heard of them until moving up to Elkhart, but a friend took me once and that was all it took to be hooked. Their traditional wings are by far larger than Buffalo Wild Wings or Hooters and at a decent price. Speaking of price I usually go on Wing Special Mondays which wings cost less and you can order them in any quantity you want vs the set quantities on the menu. My fiancé likes their boneless which I’ve tried a few and they were usually moist and not over cooked like most places I’ve tried.
I usually get carry out so I don’t have much to say about the table service at Osceola location. I did take my family in one weekend shortly after they opened the Osceola location, I had no complaints and our waitress was friendly.
I like their selection of beer on tap, which covers most of the basic domestics and usually a good selection of craft brews. Drinks weren’t too expensive and they usually have some sort of special each night.
My only complaint, which another reviewer also mentioned was the parking lot. I’m not saying they have to pave the whole lot, but good night if you’re going to have a gravel lot grading it once in a while and filling in the deep pot holes can go a long way.
Lastly, the Osceola location does have nice sand volleyball courts and in the summer league nights. There’s usually a ton of people that come for the sand volleyball so if you’re looking to meet new people and play I’d definitely suggest it.
All-​in-​all I highly suggest it!

Nice place, even has a covered outside patio. The service depends on who your waiter/​waitress is. The food is always good, and not pricey!
But certain dishes are constantly, well, inconsistent.
For example: We received their ‘Wrecker Dog’ in at least 3 different ways, and I mean different. One time you could not see the (big) hot dog because of all the condiments on it, another time there were hardly any on it, and another time there was only cheese and chilli on it. The waitress told us that it depends on who is working in the kitchen.
The same issue happened with their Veggie Burger. One time it is a soy and bean based Pattie, last time it was consistent of some rice and I-don’t-know what held it together.

This review is for the OC location only! Mishawaka and Elkhart are awesome! Good service but this place does a poor job with the food compared to the other Wings restaurants. We’ve been here multiple times and had the same poor food experience every time. We’ve decided to avoid coming here from now on.

The burgers are awesome!!! They’re big and very good. The veggies are fresh. The chicken wings needs work. They’re big, but overcooked. The beer is standard. What is great is the outdoor volleyball courts they have. Second to none.

I have never had a problem with food here. The wings are always huge here compared to other wing places I have been at! But what I come here for is that honey mustard sauce. Omg so so good!!!

Sorry only three stars the food is really just ok typical bar type food nothing to really brag about. Beer selection is pretty good for a place like this. Had great service our waitress was really fun and would go back just for her she provided great customer service and was always there for us.
