Dave’s Stump Removal

This business name is truth in advertising — it’s Dave, and he removes stumps. My call was promptly returned, he came out to look at our yard and give us a quote, and he was back a week later to do the work, which took about 2 hours total. He also gave us some advice about our front walk, which was something we hadn’t thought about, but were sure glad he brought up!
Now, the catch here is that Dave, being a one-​man band, doesn’t do cleanup. He cut down our bushes (we hauled them to the city), ground out their roots, and ground out our massive stump, and that was that. But for the bargain price of $ 200, I’m pretty pleased — a tree company quoted me $ 200 for the stump, another $ 300 for the bushes, another $ 150 for cleanup, and so on and so forth (and they were scheduling for July, not next week!). If you’re willing to put in a little work of your own, I’d definitely recommend Dave!
