This is the third time I have tried to go here and the first time we were able to get a table without waiting forever. Ordered a hamburger and paid an extra $ 1.25 for the sweet potato fries When the food came I was surprised to see a very small portion of sweet potato fries. Similar to a small fries at McDonald’s. The hamburger was OK but nothing special. For the $ 40 we paid for our dinner for two, I thought we could’ve gotten a better meal elsewhere for the money. The meal did not include milkshakes
The upside of our meal was that the waitress was very nice.

This place dances when requested every other hour. Burgers are fresh. Service could be a tad bit more cheery but the food is great. Also UNLIMITED FRIES!!!

To start, I have never seen a dishwasher push a garbage can through the dining room before. Today was a first and he went right past our table, We noticed a back door when we pulled in to the lot and that is the proper door for trash removal. The waitress was slow probably because she was weighed down by her Supervisor tag on her uniform. There was only 3 other tables besides ours. We ordered a couple cokes and waited. Then after another ten minutes she finally returned with our ice with soda in it. (NO REFILLS) We ordered our greasy, expensive hamburgers and waited some more. Reminder, when serving an oil slick of a burger, its is polite and helpful to deliver napkins with the food. After we were just about done, she finally brings us 4 napkins that were used up right away. That’s when I went into the bathroom and that was a huge mistake. It hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. No paper towels either. The toilet valve stuck wide open and was very loud, but not as loud as the music in the dining room. That was cranked all the way it seemed. When our bill came, after another nap by our waitress the bill was way more than it should have been, but we were almost late so I didn’t have time for that, too. I will never go back. The building should be razed and converted into a parking lot that nobody can park in.

Service was horrible. Ordered an appetizer and they forgot to make it so they brought it with the meal. Waitress seemed to be pushing us out of there so she could go back to talking with everyone else in the corner. Good was ok but for 5 people was kind of expensive for the quality and service. Will not go back.

Service sucks! One waitress on staff who didn’t care that people were waiting to be seated. Also never came around to see if we wanted refills or anything for 20 min. Good came up and sat in kitchen for 15 minutes before she bothered to bring it to us. The staff sits and talks between themselves neglecting customers. Chicken portion in grilled chicken salad is a joke. No tip. No return. Stupid people.

Terrible service. Waited over an hour to find out they lost our ticket and never made our food. Never got our drinks refilled and endless fries may be endless but waitress never comes around and takes 25mibs to get each refill. Go to burger king, its better, cheaper, and service is reliable. Lol.

Service sucks! Been here for an hour and have seen our waitress since she took our order I’m assuming she’s too embarrassed to come back I know I would be. Can’t comment on the food cause we haven’t gotten any yet. I will definitely never come back!
Update: We got up and left. Over an hour still no food. No check in from the waitress or anyone. Put $ 5 on the table for two sodas and that was generous. Have to give it one star because I can’t give it zero!

Arrived with a party of 7. Two tables left. They gave the party of 2 the big table and told us it would be a 20 minute wait. Manager was teenage girl obviously lacking common sense. Ended up going elsewhere but based on the other reviews, sounds like I didn’t miss much.

Slow service. REALLY greasy burger. Undercooked fries. Kids shake sat on the counter until I pointed out that my daughter hadn’t gotten her shake yet… she was delivering our meal! No song or dance for us. Pretty pricey for mediocre food and service. Won’t be back.

The service wasn’t the best. They seem under staffed and it was busy. Which makes for a horrible dinning experience. The food was greasy but it was a burger. My friend found a hair in his burger. I should’ve listened to the reviews and stayed away from this place. I’ll never be dining here again.

Well a rocket it isn’t!!! The service was horrible and a model T could’ve made it to the moon faster than we got taken care of.

Can’t comment on the food yet, have been hear for about an hour and haven’t gotten any yet… It’s not that it’s all that busy, they just don’t know how to be efficient. You see one person clear a table and 5 minutes later someone else comes to wipe it down. We have been seated for 40 minutes and haven’t gotten our food or all our drink orders yet…
EDIT: we received our food, but there were pieces of meat at the bottom of my veggie burger. On the up side they comp’d my meal

Consistency update: The food is still good but the service has dropped in past visits. The time it takes to be served when entering could be a little better. One example, I requested a shake to be delivered with the meal, but after finishing the meal it still hadn’t arrived so I just had to cancel it instead. The manager did compensate us on the check for the lapse so that was appreciated. Food is good, the show is a good experience, but 3 stars seems fair at this point.

For those expecting to go in for a fast food experience I would recommend going somewhere else. The food is very good but the difference has to do with the time they take to get it out. I overheard a manager mentioning that sometimes it can take up to an hour to get food out. It wasn’t all that busy when I arrived for a late lunch and it took around 20 – 30 minutes to get a burger with fries. There wasn’t anything wrong with the food but I believe it’s a little long of a wait for the style of food that is given. Personally I would probably go to another burger place for the time that is spent for the quality of food. Not bad! But probably not with the wait.

We went to Johnny Rockets on Oct. 11^th, a
about 3pm. We were seated almost right away and ordered hamburgers. The hamburgers are ¹⁄₃ lb and come with unlimited fries. The burger meal was pricey but very good and the food was hot and fresh. The waitress was attentive and friendly. I would got back and would recommend them especially if you tired from shopping the Outlet Mall. My hamburger with fries was around $ 8 and most were a bit more.

Great American food and a fun staff. First time here and we enjoyed our experience. Nice décor and juke box at the table.

atmosphere and the wait staff are great. But I’ve had a few different items and they were nothing to brag about. The building they usex, they only used have of it and its very very small. I can’t imagine it lasting in this town.

Food was good, but nothing spectacular. We went last night for dinner (Saturday night a bit after 5:30 pm). Only waited about 5 minutes. Ordered about 10 minutes later. After 25 minutes, my son got his shake, but my husband and I didn’t get ours. 15 minutes later our food showed up and I told the waitress who brought them out that we still had not gotten our shakes. Her reply was «this is a malt shop, not mcdonalds» and walked away. She said it very rudely. I told our own waitress and she apologized profusely and told her manager to talk to us. He apologized many times and ended up giving us our shakes free, which was nice, but not necessary. Our shakes came within 5 minutes after getting our food. I don’t think I will return, only because of the rudeness of the waitress. It really did ruin the whole experience for me.

Seating was ridiculous, there was clearly tables available, slow to clean off tables. Seems very unorganized, hopefully they will get better. Food was mediocre, nothing special. Our waitress was not attentive at all, had another waiter (nick) take care of us because she wasn’t attentive, Nick was great, had great personality (sang and danced) and helped make our visit more enjoyable!

Pro — they did a really great job fixing the place up it was really a dump.
Con– they made the place small but not the small, the price is a lil high, only thing good about it is u get a big amount of food and the shakes are not that special either, sure u get a good amount of food but if I’m paying that much I want it to really taste good.
