I had asked for an estimate on some rather extensive sewer work. He came; measured; talked; asked questions; and said he needed to get more info from the city and he would email the estimate. I never heard from him again. I even emailed him and asked if he lost my email address and asked that he reply to even tell me if he didn’t want the job. No such luck. No estimate. No reply. If anyone would ask about this plumber I would say exactly what I wrote here. Not good customer service.
