Kwik Trip

I was always told, never get gas at kwik trip. Well, I was on my way to work and decided to fill up since I was there thinking, what’s the difference. Well after a short drive my service engine light came on. I ran the tank of gas, light on the whole time but as soon as I filled it back up with gas from my regular place (not kwik trip) the service engine light went off after only a short time, long enough for the new gas to work its way through. I’m no expert but there has to be something to this. I will definitely not be getting gas at kwik trip again, everything else kwik trip has to offer however is good.

This place is the total package for what one hopes for in a connivence store/​gas station. Everything that would appeal to the 8 AM commuter and the 3AM stoner is on tap here (and every demographic in between).
Ready made sandwiches and pastries, freshly made salads, a do it yourself coffee bar, etc. are here for the more sophisticated crowds. And you also have the true «classics» of the connivence store food genre like toxic nacho with motor oil consistency cheese sauce, microwave burritos as big as your forearm, etc.
The focus of staff here is on courtesy and speed. This place, not surprisingly, deals in volume after all, so they will get you rung up and out the door as rapidly as possible. Lastly, the cleanliness here is always well attended to, which is undoubtedly a challenge in a place that has a cattle call of customers coming in every day.

This is the best gas station ever. Don’t believe me? Go check it out for yourself! They have lots of pumps, free air, great coffee, and super friendly employees. The only thing that would make it better is if they had a car wash — and it’s pretty clear that there’s just not room for that.
When moved into our house just down the street, we didn’t have our stuff yet, so we took a quick walk here every morning to get coffee and a bite to eat. The coffee itself is really good, always hot and fresh, and they have a clean, well-​stocked area to choose your coffee, creamer, sugar, and add-​ins. There’s always plenty of fresh donuts, and while their breakfast sandwiches aren’t quite on par with Dunkin’ Donuts, I can’t complain. Plus, the people that work here are friendly — like, really friendly. They even know stuff, like what they carry and if something’s out of stock. Coming from Memphis, we didn’t know to make of it!
So yeah, I’m a little too excited that we live so close to such an awesome gas station. This Kwik Trip rules!
