In the past year, I have taken three antique clocks in for repair. All have been fixed in a reasonable amount of time, All three have worked well. I had some issues that I did not understand about certain functions of the clock and the person who fixed it was able to sit down with me and take time to explain those functions. This was very helpful…

We recently used Miller for some etching on glasses we used for our wedding over the weekend. The quality and service were amazing. The price was much better than those chain stores in the mall that do that. We were in a bind since someone who was standing up for us dropped out last minute, and they worked very well with us to get their personalized glass done in a hurry for us. I would highly recommend them for etching anything you may need!

The clock shop does not disappoint by any stretch of the imagination! The selection of clocks that they have is extremely large for what appears to be a small shop on the outside. They have everything you could need in so many styles that you may have thought you wanted one thing, only to browse some more and find something else that you want instead. Service in the store is great with someone checking every now and then to see if you need help but also giving you space. Very helpful! They have desk, wall, and even some awesome freestanding clocks. The grandfather clocks they have as well are very cool. They also have some other home décor that is pretty cool that I have not noticed elsewhere. Stop here to see some quality made clocks!

This place is a highly unexpected bastion of workmanship in watches and clocks in the relatively small town of Oshkosh. In fact, people mail in their antique clocks and timepieces to this establishment from all over the world for repair As for me, I paid this place a visit to have some mechanical repair work to one watch and a new leather band put on another. I was fearful that my watch with the mechanical issue was a lost cause, as it met with an unfortunate accident. The watch also has sentimental value to me as it was given to me by my Father after I finished up my undergraduate degree. It took a couple of weeks, but the repairs were masterfully completed by their staff and I was elated that it was restored to perfect function. A co-worker recommended Miller to me, which was most helpful as I am still relatively new to the area. This is a family owned establishment that has been a fixture here in Oshkosh for a very long time, and after you pay them a visit it will become readily apparent why this is the case. Namely, great workmanship, fair pricing, and friendly customer service.
