While in the middle of our nearly three hour drive headed to an out-​of-​town wedding my husband and I realized we had forgotten to grab his dress shoes so we hurriedly hopped off of the highway to the Oshkosh Outlets to find a quick solution. I was quickly distracted by signs for $ 12 dress shirts at Van Heusen and decided my husband needed a new shirt to match the new shoes (yea, I know unnecessary but $ 12!!) so 10 or so shirts/​sweaters later and a perfect shirt and tie combo to match my dress we were set. Thank you to the staff who offered to steam the shirt and tie for us since we were headed straight to the ceremony! As an overly critical judge of quality customer service this little extra effort resonates deeply with me. Sending along a huge compliment. Thank you again.

I’ve bought dozens of mens shirts there. The store made me feel uncomfortable making a return two different times.
Today left the store with the two defective shirts that were sewn smaller than the other shirts that I bought which were like them. The items were bought within a month and still had tags on them.
I returned them because of the defective sizing, I didn’t have a receipt. They were unable to use my frequent buyer card to look up the cost and refused to take my word on the price.
They were unfriendly and acted like they were doing me a favor. I will no longer shop there because of their attitude with returns.
