They always get the order right and you cant go wrong with DQ ice cream. The interior is always neat and well kept and there’s one of those coke touch screen machines which i like. The only thing that they shoulf really fix is the drive thru intercom. Never given me any issues, but it looks like it’s seen better days. The drive thru service is generally quite prompt as well. Overall a solid Dairy Queen experience

Slowest and worst service ever! I could go in there and go faster than all their employees together!(I’m serious) what a joke people in the line outside had ticket times of 25 minutes plus. We waited 15 minutes and only one car had been served so we left and so did half the line of 6 cars… Don’t go here. Never had worse service Other than the mc Donald’s across the street. It’s like their employees work at both places!(But the McDonald’s over there is better than it was a year ago.) seriously don’t waste your time it’s not fast food.

Ice cream has always been good! However the service and speed is horrible! I sat in drive thru line with only 3 cars and it took 22 min!!! If I could have gotten out of line I would have walked in. Our dilly bars were completely melted by the time I got to the window. Ask for new ones and they both fell off the sticks too.

Mud pie blizzards do not have nuts… the girls working in there all seemed to be crabby today… maybe I should have gone to Coldstone…

The food, though slow, is usually good. However, the service is almost always cold. I find that this is mainly the case with the management. If the main manager is working, forget about a hearty portion of toppings. The biggest problem with this location is the long waits for your order.

Tough call on this one… I’m addicted to Peanut Buster Parfaits. Also, my wife highly recommends the chicken finger basket. But, what’s the wait at the counter and in the drive through all about? I order a dilly bar and it takes 5 minutes? Maybe the swing-shift manager needs to get it out with a special key connected to his belt — I don’t know. If I have to wait, how about hooking me up with some extra chocolate sauce on that Peanut Buster Parfait? It’s the right thing to do.
