Pizza Hut

Worst service ever for a pizza joint. 2 straight times about a month apart, orders never arrive. Try to call and find out where they are and they just continue to lie and say they are on the way. Three hours and 6 phone calls later simply just cancel orders. Oh, and the best part… they still try and charge your credit card. Ha, this place is a joke, worst pizza place I’ve ever ordered from. Don’t waste your time, wish I didn’t… Wish I could give it zero stars!

We live very close and always call in our order. That has worked well for us. I’ve had a good experience with their service and pizzas are consistently good. Perhaps the negative reviews say more about their online ordering follow through. (?)

I should have checked the Unilocal reviews before ordering, this place is the worst ever. They delivered a pizza to the wrong address and then didn’t want to give me a refund. I physically had to drive to the store because nobody answers their phone. Never again.

Three strikes and your out. Used to get great food and always on time. Last three times, late and cold. Will never be using Pizza Hut again. Called to let manager know and got a call center. Told person it was late and cold six times, still kept asking if there was a problem with the pizza, they asked me if I wanted a manager to call me and I said fine. Still have not received a call 30 minutes later. Customer service from call center on par with Comcast (absolutely terrible). Save your time and money use someone else.

Ordered a pizza, didn’t show after an hour… Decided to give a call to get an estimated time of delivery…3 more hours. Ummmmmm. How is this place still in business? First and only time I’ll ever try Pizza Hut. Way too many great pizza places around to waste your time with this sad excuse for a business.

Worst Pizza Hut (or pizza, in general) experience ever. Wish I could say I’m glad I’m not alone, but I wouldn’t wish that kind of frustration on my worst enemy. We never got a pizza or a call from the manager as promised over the course of 3+ hours and 5 worthless phone calls to the call center. I see that mine was far from an isolated experience.
Too bad the manager and corporate office have zero pride or the cajones enough to call me back and offer something to remedy the waste of my time trying to support their business. Get bent, Maple Grove Pizza Hut.

Awful location, terrible service, employees won’t do anything without the manager and the manager isn’t there. Will never go back.

Horrible experience that went from bad to worse. First, as many have stated, the call center is a joke. Had to repeat the order several times and they didn’t have it correct. When asking them to repeat it back, it was still not right. Then, as many have stated, they quote a delivery time that means absolutely nothing. We ordered at 4:30pm on a Sunday and they quouted 5:15. At 6pm we called back in and they couldn’t help… they stated they only take orders. They stated they would need to have customer service return the call. At this point, I decided to just drive to the location at 494 & Bass Lake Rd. Upon my arrival, I learned there were a half dozen others in same or similar situations. Felt like the lobby was one four letter word away from a mob. The manager was 100% dismissive and zero help. He was a younger caucasion kid with a scar on his left cheek. I repeatedly asked for his supervisors name and number and all he ever gave me was Robert. He refused to give me the info! Additionally, as a solution, he stated he would then make the order and give it to me for free and it would be ready in 8 minutes. So basically 2 hours from our order time, they hadn’t begun the order yet. What?!? I continued to wait, primarily because I wanted the supervisors contact info. Asking repeadedly, at least 20 more minutes go by. This is when I had had enough. I thought it was bad enough to make excuses and say that the call center was out of his control but when he promised me 8 minutes and it turned into 20 minutes, that is NOT out of his control. As I stood in the lobby, the cruel reality that, as customers, we have little to zero recource on situations like this outside reviews like this and refusing to do future buisness at the location. None-​the-​less, I will be stopping in during the day at this location and, moving forward, will do what I can to raise awareness so that others don’t fall victim to the same situation. Corporate office, Better Business Burea, Social Media, etc…

Worst pizza hut and worst customer service ever. Ordered pizza at 7pm. It’s 10:30 pm and still no pizza. Spoke with call center twice to find out about the status and was promised a call back. No call. Do not order pizza from here. Horrible service. Will not be patronizing pizza hut again.

I’d give it no stars if it were possible. Pizza never came. Called 4 times, call center ladies useless /​helpless. Sent my call to the store, no answer there. Other time they said store would call me, no they didn’t. Simply horrible experience and the last time I’ll try them. How/​why are they still in business?

Man this place needs a new manager, staff are something else. I put an order in and I received an email saying that my delivery would be in 2 ½ hours. I called Pizza Hut several times and they couldn’t tell me when the pizza was going to be delivered. The staff was very indifferent, this Maple grove location really needs a makeover. I finally canceled (hopefully) the order and ordered from Dominos. 25 minute folks. Some of these chains are really getting out of hand.
