Tcf Bank

I am in this TCF Bank frequently.
They always remember me, my needs, and have a can-​do attitude.
And I am not the easiest of customers… I have wire transfers, large deposits, and other transactions that are not ordinary in nature.
The staff always take care of me with a smile, and go out of their way to make sure that everything gets taken care of.
Especially with my wire transfers, which can be difficult and time-consuming…the staff go out of their way to make sure everything is correct.
Kind, friendly staff with a good attitude… this is why bank here！

i have had more problems with this bank than any other company i have ever dealt with. in the past 10 years, they have unilaterally «corrected» my personal contact info without my request to something completely wrong, have notified me that after over 10 years of banking with them they are forced to close my account because they do not have my SSN on file?, have placed absolutely unreasonable restrictions on my money in terms of what i can transfer, how much and where, and have provided me with the most awful customer service despite the fact that i continued to bank with them after moving to a state where they do not have a physical presence. quite frankly, i didnt know what a GREAT bank is until i opened my accounts with JP Morgan Chase and transfered all of my money there. wish i would have done it years ago!
