Currently Paying 64.95 for 3mb down, what all do you get for that? You sure as hell wont be getting 3mb in the evening, if you call and tell them they’ll just say that «everything looks fine from here you’re getting 3mb down». Ya, while I’m sitting there looking at maybe 1mb down with a god awful ping. Right now I can barely load a 360p You tube video, it buffers like hell. Been dealing with this kind of crap off and on for years now. They upgrade something and it’s fine for awhile then they get greedy and pile on more customers and it just kills the speeds. I have no idea how the other guy gets any kind of VoIP to work, he must be connected to a freaking magical tower. People around here are sick of this company, we’re just waiting and hoping something better comes along at this point. If you don’t game, watch any kinda of videos, use VoIP (unless you get on the magical tower). Well basically if you only check email and Google recipes this service is great for you. But if you want to actually game and all that fun stuff save your money and hair.

Excellent service and tech support. We have been using the service for a year. VoIP works great as well on the service. We dropped our land line and ported over our home phone number with a great VoiPo service.
