Wait times for unremarkable sandwiches are endless, servers are sullen and once they served me meat that wasn’t fresh.

Port Chester, NY
Main Street Deli is one of my favorite Westchester delis. They have a huge menu of sandwich and wrap ideas. Which are always stacked high with Boar’s Head products. They make the best Bacon, Egg and Cheese in town. They also have a great steam table for lunch if you’re looking for something hot.

I have really become a fan of this deli recently. Have lived in Ossining my whole life and must say that this is a solid deli to the Ossining area. I have ordered a bunch of stuff and NEVER been disappointed, and service has always been attentive. Awesome egg sandwiches for breakfast, great menu of lunch sandwiches and wraps. Also the deli carries all Boars Head meats which I happen to really enjoy and appreciate.

This is the worst deli around. The guy who was behind the counter all 3 times I went there was on the phone the entire time, barely paid attention to customers, and had a crappy attitude. And he somehow manages to mess up every single sandwich order… forgetting ingredients or adding ones he thought he heard while he was BSing with his friend on the phone instead of listening to your order. The last straw was the time he got egg shells in my sandwich (it was supposed to be an egg and cheese but he gave me a sausage and egg WITH SHELL sandwich, and I haaaaate sausage). There’s a much better deli down the street called Ray’s that actually knows how to operate.
