I called today for a basic questions re: waste removal and was met with a rude and condescending answer. I am sorry, but if you are having a bad day don’t let it out on potential customers, seems like a bad business model.

After two conversations and repeatedly asking if there were any additional charges besides $ 425 and overage charges, and be assured there were not, gave them my credit card number and signed the slip upon delivery.
