Ossining, NY
2 PO attendants and 1 person to help 16 customers waiting. I understand the 1 attendant is older… we all need to work YET why not the other attendant helping move the line or add a 3rd attendant. One of the reasons for building a larger post office was to handle all the people. NOW a larger PO and still very very slow service… not acceptable! !!!

Ossining, NY
I’m new to Ossining and I was curious to see how I would compare the post office here to the others that I’ve experienced. So far, I’ve found the service here to be favorable. The lines are not usually over-​long, at least not when I go there. The people have been cheerful and have provided good service. So I thought I should take the time to give them a thumbs up!
