I have a summer house on the Cape and have been using Riedell Plumbing and Heating for over 20 years. I have the utmost trust and confidence in the entire team. When I set up appointments for Spring water turn-​ons and Winter shut-​offs, they always show up on time, generally the same technician who knows where everything is and what has to be done.
When I put an addition on the house and added air conditioning, they were my vendor of choice. The work was completed on time and the price was fair.
In emergency situations, and I have had more than a few, my problem became a top priority for them and they were quickly resolved. A few examples: A water pipe in my crawl space burst. They were there within an hour to repair it. On a Saturday evening, in the middle of the summer, with a very full house, my water tank failed. Because the tank was oversized, they did not have one in the shop. They managed somehow to convince the distributor to open up on Sunday morning and they picked up a new water heater and it was in place and working by 10:00 AM. This past winter, one of the furnaces failed and I was alerted by the low temperature alarm. Although I was not there, they came that day and fixed the furnace before any cold weather problems happened.
That’s five star customer service!

Overpriced plumbing company with no follow up customer service. They sent the «quote» guy to give us a price and all he did was talk about his Harley, his house, who he knows, blahblahblah! The quote was so bloated it was ridiculous. AND… he never even followed up with us to see what we wanted to do. Ended up going with a great guy from Seaside Gas! He wasn’t the least expensive but his follow up and customer service was fantastic! And his work was impeccable!
