I ordered a rug last, 2013, October to give my daughter for Christmas. Here it is December, 2014, and I still have not received the rug. Each time I call the Barnstable store they tell me I am on a list and moving up the list as rugs come in. Can this be true? I wonder what has happened to the C.M. Business. I have several of her rugs and had no problem purchasing them. I will say, however, the people working in the Barnstable store are always polite, helpful and friendly! It’s not their doing, they just have to assure customers and maintain a good relationship. Come on Claire get back on the ball and get us our rugs!!!

I ordered a lovely rug to be made for me and I paid for it upfront last October 2013. I was told I could expect it in November. It is now March 2014 and I still do not have the rug and I cannot get my money back. I can only apply the money towards the purchase of another rug. Like I would ever do that again. Every person that I spoke to told me that I would have It the following month. One person seemed appalled that I did not know if the rug itself was washable and she could not help if I did not know what type of rug I purchased. She was annoyed with me. What’s wrong with this picture. Just yesterday, I called customer service again and again It seemed as if I will get some help but who knows. The store in Mashpee is now closed but they do have another in Sandwich or Barnstable. Avoid purchasing anything that must be ordered. If the item is not in your hands, don’t think this will not happen to you. It likely will. You have been warned.
