Clambakes, Etc.

One word: Amazing! Clambakes, Etc. catered a corporate event I hosted in Wellfleet back in June. I wanted a traditional pit-​style clambake which is actually really difficult to come across nowadays. The staff was so helpful and flexible, allowing me to change menu items as I needed. They also agreed to pay all of my vendors upfront (rentals, flowers, musicians, etc.) and charge me after the event (this is huge for me… working for a large corporation, the amounts of paperwork I would have needed to complete to pay each vendor is ridiculous so this was a tremendous help!). The day of the event, the Clambakes, Etc. staff worked for hours prepping, making sure everything was exactly as we had discussed. And the most important part… The food was DELICIOUS! Clams, lobster, potatoes, corn, etc. all nestled into little nets of pure joy.
I would highly recommend Clambakes, Etc. for any clambake catering needs in the Boston/​Cape Cod area.

Clambakes etc catered my September wedding on Herring Cove Beach. I, like another reviewer, was planning my wedding from California. I was originally steered to Ptown Parties by the National Park Service but they ended up being unprofessional and horrible to work with. With only a month to go before my wedding I contacted Clambakes and they were incredible.
Someone always answers the phone and that someone is always cheerful, helpful and personable. Emails are answered within a day or less. I mostly dealt with Jason but also spoke with Mike. They are so easy to work with. Prices are reasonable and staff is great.
But most importantly their food is outstanding. The clam chowder was the best any of my guests ever had. I saw some of them standing in front of the soup server downing cup after cup of it! And for a lobster town, it was the freshest most perfectly cooked lobster I’ve ever had in 5 years on the Cape. The steamers were also perfection.
They handled a last minute venue change with aplomb. When the tide came in earlier than we expected the staff reassured us and said they’ve catered in knee-​deep water no problem! Everyone got to finish their meals before the water reached our feet.
I can’t recommend Clambakes enough. They deserve every star.

I can’t speak more highly, or loudly, about how much I value the decision to hire Clambakes, Etc. HIRE THEM — THEY’RE GREAT!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!
We hosted a tented garden wedding with Clambake cuisine. The entire experience, working with Jason, was ideal. My wife and I also had the added frustration of planning this wedding from the opposite coast of the country. With 3,000 miles apart from your wedding site, you need all the help you can get. And Jason was all the help we needed.
At first we didn’t pick Clambakes, Etc. because the menu felt limited compared to other well-​known vendors. Don’t let this stop you tho! Jason and his team are happy to work with you to make your event a dream. Everything we wanted, we got.
Again, we hired Clambakes Etc for a wedding, where your expectations of service are at it’s highest. Jason and his team did not disappoint! There were countless times during the planning where Jason went above an beyond the call of duty. His communication is clear and respectful.
The food speaks for itself. Everyone at our wedding raved about how wonderful the food was and also the day of the event service was exceptional. So attentive and appreciated.
If you’re considering Clambakes Etc for your party, I encourage you to stop looking at any other vendor — you’ve found just what you’re looking for.

Amazing service! Thanks Justin and Jason for rocking my sisters wedding. Raw bar was on point-​wish we ordered more! Groom was so happy with the bacon wrapped scallops. Loved the lobster-​so cape cod! You really made the night. I highly recommend this team to anyone for any event. A «10» event!

THE place to call on the Cape Catered my daughters backyard wedding. Fast, efficient, on time, friendly, and great food cooked fresh on site. I would highly recommend. Can’t say enough good things. All the guests raved about the food. Made me look good
