Pizza was good. We had two pizzas. Toppings were lacking and the pizza with the egg fell flat. The salads were solid and even better than the pizza. Good solid service. Good draft beers. Would give it another try.

This review is long overdue but we came here for a girls day out while visiting family at the Cape over Christmas. The flatbreads are delicious and although service was a little slow that day I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely come back when we’re in the area. I had the Kale Yeah flatbread and it was very delicious. Wish they had something similar here in California!

LOVELOVELOVE this pizzeria! We enjoy it most of the summer — with the outdoor dining and the fire pits, it’s the perfect end to a Cape Cod summer day. The pizza’s are delicious(although I’m not 100% sold on the bacon jelly). We enjoyed several starters, had a fabulous bottle of wine and were so pleased with the atmosphere. Cape Cod needs more places like Crisp!

Farm egg pizza! Delicious! Staff is super friendly and attentive. There’s usually a long wait come summertime but have fire pits to entertain… and s’mores! Off season is still busy but worth it. Nothing beats a brick oven pizza. Not too mention the many other amazing goodies. Buffalo chicken meatballs. garlic knots… if you head to Osterville don’t miss this place!!!

As always delicious. New on menu the Cuban sandwich full of flavor. Sit by the bar and watch flatbread creations

CHARCUTERIEPLATE!!! CHARCUTERIEPLATE!!! 2 words, CHARCUTERIEPLATE! Beautiful! Hearty, more than a meal for two! The pâté’s, rilliettes, huge chunks of select cheeses, pickled veggies… Everything on the board, home crafted, with crisps of their flatbread dough. I realized after I checked in, that we have been followed the path that Damien S has carved in one of my favorite go-to towns on the Cape… But we take on different takes on the deliciousness around us… Maybe because I’m older and I can’t wolf as much as the Boston Unilocal Boss can put down… But his finds and recommendations lands us to follow the trail that he sowed… happily so! Toothsome and SUPERCLAMMY linguini. Now I don’t like cream in my clam sauce. But I have to make an exception for Crisps half pasta and rocket salad(arugula, lemon, olive oil and shaved parm… mmmmmmmmmmmm), because it was perfect, and I only took a couple of bites and let the hubs comma, because after the charcuterie plate… I was happily full. Their flatbreads are gorgeous, with that roaring fire, and a char(we were surrounded by pies). Clean and open, great food, GREAT pricing. Nice wine list. Clean. Parking is scarce, so place your bets strategically and enjoy some seriously good food!

Great place for lunch. They have a $ 9 special with a salad and personal pizza. Really good and an amazing price. Love the atmosphere but the restaurant is small and it can be hard to get a table

Really trendy interior. Good casual setting. The pizza bar is fun to sit at so you can see them make everything right in front of you. Food was very delicious and the plating was sharp. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fun casual night on the«healthier» side of dining out.

Delicious flat bread pizzas, salads, pastas! Comfortable seating… All around nice dining experience. But the music was TOOLOUD&AWFUL! If you’re over the age of 20, be aware of the music problem.

We had the red bliss pizza, truffle frites, and the brownie sundae. All were delicious but I think next time we’ll try another pizza. This place is awesome inside, great vibe, nicely decorated, good service. You can see them making the pizzas right in the wood fire oven, and there’s a small bar with televisions. Outside there is a nice patio with tables, fire pits, and an outside bar where you can get food service. Great place for a date or small group, great for nice weather or cool nights. Can’t go wrong inside or outside. Only complaint is that the seats are positioned so only one side of the table can see the television in most seats unless you’re at the bar. Not much they can do about it, but keep in mind when you choose your seats if you both want to watch the TV or if you don’t want it as a distraction.

Sat outside at the beginning of September. Great fire heaters so it wasn’t too cold. Got the buffalo chicken meatballs and they were so good! Could have had a few orders of them! Then we had the duck bacon flatbread pizza which was also really good! Definitely want to go back to try a few more pizza options and indulge in more of the meatballs.

We had no problem walking in and getting a seat at the high top tables looking out to the fire and bar area. Our waitress was nice and quick. We ordered salad and two pizzas. The salad was great and our pizzas were good, but the one was somewhat burnt on the edges. I will be back later in the year after all the tourists are gone.

Seriously, when you are done with all the fried food and lobster rolls, go here. I am a chef in NYC and everything was flawless. I arrived, it was supposed to be a half hour wait(didn’t know how popular it was) so it took an hour. Luckily, there was an outside bar and games for children. It does seem to me that they could throw a few more tables inside but it’s their call, not mine. I ordered straightaway. Wings, Caesar, truffle fries, pizza and pasta. The Caesar was terrific, I love a cold plate when someone serves it as well. Very garlicky. Just enough hint of lemon and fish. Croutons were lovely, unfortunately my family ate them all! The wings were fantastic as well, not so much garlic though. The char was great and then I believe they finish them in the oven. Yum! Fries were shoestring and good, not so much truffle though. I think truffle oil and not truffle salt would go further. Let me get to the Vongole pasta. THEBESTCLAMPASTA I HAVEEVERHAD. The lemon zest combined with the way the chef emulsified the sauce needs to be commended. Out-fricking-standing!!! The pasta was fresh and cooked correctly. I had to hold myself back and wrap it up so I could decipher what had been done. Still haven’t eaten the pizza as I just got home and full. The prices were super reasonable and service was very sweet and prompt. I ran to Hyannis as a quick trip and was quite crabby since we got there late. Happened to catch this incredible place going home out of the side of my eye. It was the best thing that happened that day! Crabby NOMORE! This is a place that I will always go out of my way for. The concept and the food is NYC standards, above and beyond! Xx

We love this place. They make it fun, even while you wait with a great fire pit, bag toss game and ping pong. And it’s a good thing because you ALWAYS have to wait. Even if you order take-out, you can expect an hour wait during peak times. The outdoor seating is terrific and takes advantage of the great Cape weather. Fun bar and great drinks. We always order the short-rib pizza and the farm pizza. Any pizza can be made gluten-free and it’s a decent tasting crust. They have great wings and a goat cheese veggie dip for appetizers. Altogether a family favorite… but be ready for the wait.

Small, but nice place. Called ahead and ordered two chicken parms and a meatball sub. Said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Went to pick it up and never had the order. Odd? Waited about 10 minutes, and grabbed a beer. With that said, good bar. Nice people. The meatball sandwich was really delicious, chicken parm good. Needed more sauce! Place is pricey. Enjoy.

Ih my god, I never want to eat anywhere else. DELICIOUS! The food is fantastic! Organic, locally grown was all I had to hear, so, so good! We both got the chicken wraps– avocado, spinich, bacon! And the fries! I believe were«shred cut» sprinkled with parmesan cheese! Delicious! I cant get over how much I am inlove with this place!

Our first visit to Crisp was on New Year’s Eve. The place is small, with only two hightops that seat 6 or so, plus a few booths. The bar is available for seating as well. We’ve heard it feels more roomy in good weather when patio seating is open. The fire pit was blazing, and a few people waited there for a table. We’d love to try the pingpong outside when it gets warmer too. There are some decent beers on tap, though limited, and a good selection in the bottle. Pizzas and flatbreads are specialty, and the brick oven is visible from the dining area. We had the Duck Bacon, which also includes cherries and goat cheese. We found it on the sweet side, but delicious nonetheless. My sister and her husband split the Margherita, which they loved. My nephews built their own arrugula, tomato and bacon flatbread. That one was also a big hit. Our server was sweet and attentive. She was good with the kids. Prices were what you’d expect for a high-end, trendy spot like this. Overall, a good addition to this area of the Cape.

Sweet Tomatoes is dead, long live Crisp Flatbread! Mourning the loss of the prior pizza parlor that could, Crisp took the prime location, gave it a fire pit-kissed facelift and incorporated that Ostervillain environmental je né sais quoi with a comfortable gusto. Plus, the food is a block killer. Forgoing what everyone else seems to glom on to, Crisp stays true to that pizza place vibe with artisanal concoctions on a seriously namesake crust. Our Duck Bacon(smoked duck bacon cured in house, mozzarella made in house, Humboldt Fog, dried cherries, pepper, basil and a pomegranate drizzle) sated our four top with resounding approval. But it didn’t stop there. The salads are dominated by arugula — obvious for the Rocket, less so for the Caprese — so if you’re averse, um, get a pizza. Or the lunch combo I devoured, a run-of-the-mill Caesar with a crock of their housemade bolognese over from-scratch ziti. Total hunger slayer, and a steal at $ 12. Another worthy mention: the appetizer sampler($ 12) featured massive sticks of deep fried mozz, wood fired garlic wings and heavily oiled garlic knots. SCrumptious, and beautifully plated on a charcuterie board; however, oil drizzles + flat surfaces = spillover on to the table. Consider a dipping ramekin? Patio seating, and yes, there are s’mores kits for their fire pits. Soft drinks include free refills, and are a buck and change. Iced tea is $ 2.50. Memories are priceless.
