Incredibly original and unique to the city of Oswego. The price of everything is cheap and the sitting room upstairs is perfect. The hours can be a bit confusing, especially in the past years, but now it’s consistent and posted both at the store and online. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to get coffee and read, work, or just hang out with friends.

This was my go to place for tea & coffee(not much of a coffee drinker) back in college, and when I pass through upstate NY. Paul, the owner, is a lovely human being. He made me feel right at home when I first moved out of my hometown of Anchorage, Alaska to finish college in Oswego. The Coffee Connection has a very friendly & warm atmosphere. They have an upstairs with board games & wifi. It’s also very LGBTQ friendly!

Great small coffee shop that has a wide selection of drink types both hot and cold of coffee and tea. Good selection of treats as well. The place isn’t terribly big, but overall atmosphere was nice and relaxing. You can also buy their beans by the pound. Has that small town coffee shop feel with big coffee flavor.

I studied abroad in the Netherlands and nothing has taken me back to Holland like this coffee shop. The building itself is beautiful, eclectic and cozy. Huge murals cover the walls and ceiling and comfy couches fill the top floor. They have a wide variety of coffees to drink and they have a huge selection of beans to buy and bring home with you. They seem to have daily selections from their bean variety, and when I was there they had blueberry muffin coffee which was fantastic. This is a top-notch coffeeshop to work, read a book, or play a board game with friends. The staff is really friendly and refills are cheap. My only regret is that I don’t have more stars to give.

Best coffee and tea place in Oswego. The upstairs is the perfect place to chat with friends or to sit and do some work. The owner, Paul, is also a great guy!

Great place to go relax and enjoy some coffee, tea or desserts. The pastries are made fresh and highly enjoyable. My only complaint is the coffee is slightly watered down. If you’re an avid coffee drinker who prefers a stronger blend, I recommend shying away. Other than that, it’s a great, affordable and quiet place to hang out!

Looks like a cute place– BUT… this place apparently closes at 1pm on Tuesdays. Glad they have it like that!

A perfect hiding spot to study/relax or to enjoy some leisure time with friends over drinks! They have over twenty different tea varieties to choose from, and I especially appreciate the way they serve the tea in atea pot, and give you a cup on the side. They also have coffee, espresso and other yummy warm drinks. Of course dessert was not forgotten here, they have top notch brownies and moon cookies… Great place but stay away from the second floor sofa or else you will never leave!!!

This is definitely my favorite place to get coffee when I’m in Oswego. There’s a huge selection of coffees and teas and everything(the raspberry mocha is heavenly), and the pastries are very good. The atmosphere is great, it’s nicely decorated(often with artwork from local students), and the service is always good. The sitting area upstairs is usually quiet and it’s the perfect place to chat with friends over coffee. I only wish they could bring back the peanut butter mocha.

I miss this place. I now live in NYC and have gone to dozens of coffee shops around the city and have yet to find one that compares to this place. Large city coffee shops just tend to be too crowded, cramped, or trendy for my tastes. Coffee connection is very cozy, with its pretty décor, adorable celestial style wall paintings and variety of places to sit and relax. It has a large selection of espresso drinks and whole bean coffee flavors and yummy pastries. I haven’t seen a place with a better selection.

Best coffee in Oswego! But if you have a dairy allergy or are vegan, they don’t always have soymilk in stock.
