Dr. Judy is very knowledgeable and the most caring veterinarian I have ever been to for my furkids care. My cat was experiencing some kind of neurological and multiple fractured rib issue. The reason for his condition remains a mystery however, it presented itself as a very complex case. She was highly recommended for acupuncture treatment and I’m grateful for it. Her treatment, calm demeanor, positive reinforcement and compassionate care provided by both her & Joanne along with my cat’s determination to improve were the reasons he has recuperated better than could be expected. I highly recommend Fox Ridge Veterinary Clinic.

I will definitely not use this vet ever again and you shouldn’t either!!! Here is my story: I rescued a cat about 6 weeks ago and when I took him to fox ridge for a check-up she gave us some antibiotics for his conjunctivitis(runny eyes). It turns out he was allergic to this particular antibiotic. Since she had no way of knowing I gave her the benefit of the doubt and brought him back for follow-up treatment. She charged me big bucks to check for ulcers in his eye and when she said she found none she gave us a steroid eye drop and a different antibiotic pill regiment. We continued this treatment for two weeks and did not see much improvement. He began to scratch worse and worse and patches of hair on his ears and around his eye started to fall off. At this point I decided to get a second opinion. I took him to another vet and they determined that he now not only had an eye infection but he also had an ulcer(which the steroid was making worse) and ringworm. So now he has to take an expensive anti-fungal medicine for two months to make sure we clear up the ringworm. While at the new vet it dawned on me that on our second visit to Fox Ridge she put my cat on a carpet on the exam table. This would be why every other vet I have ever visited has a STERILEMETALEXAMTABLE. My cat should not get worse and worse with each and every visit. He is now thankfully on the mend and I couldn’t be happier with our new vet OSWEGOANIMALHOSPITAL.
