I was there just over two weeks ago getting the buy one get one free pedicure. The deal said it was a $ 40 savings, I somehow was charged $ 45, but that’s not what I have problem with. When my cousin and I got there, we went in the pedicure rooms, only one of our stations was set up and ready– even though when I booked the appt I said there would be two of us at the same time. I got my pedi done first, as my cousin watched and waited awkwardly for her technician to come in and start hers. My water was cold– I asked the tech to add more hot water to it, which made the water stay warm for about 5 minutes then it got cold again. My cousins nail tech came in and started hers when I was more than half way done with mine. My tech rushed through it and barely filed my nails and didn’t clip them even though they obviously needed it. I was done with my pedicure after a 15 second foot massage, then had to wait for almost an hour for my cousins tech to finish hers, she kept pausing every 30 seconds to tell a story. Less than a week later, nail polish was completely chopped off my toes, and within a week I had three nails where the polish was gone. By two weeks all the polish was chopped off besides my big toes. Will not be going back!!!

This review is based on customer service!! I was traveling up here for a family function and decided to treat my wife to a spa treatment for the day prior to the event. As I guy I wouldn’t know what’s what but the staff here was very helpful in choosing what I need and my wife was very impressed of the service she got and that was able to book this by myself without her knowing. All in all I’m from a different area but if I lived in the area this would be a go to place, nice job by the ladies at in vogue. A lot of personality and experience at there trade, thank you

Stephanie, I have contacted Groupon and they will issue you a refund on your groupon. Call them at the number listed on your voucher, I refuse to honor this after several attempts of being nice and explaining to you our policy and the fine print that is clearly printed on your voucher. Also after rescheduling you when you admittingly MISSED your appointment. We could have gotten other clients in. Sorry we couldn’t get you in the same day you requested. That’s not how it works. We didn’t have anything available. So call groupon tell them that I will not EVER honor your groupon. They should refund you. They have your name. I will not be bullied!- Tonia R. Tonia– you already stated I could receive my refund in the message above. Since I have only two places in Oswego that I ever schedule appointments with I’d really like to know where this notoriety stems from. As far as the legal concerns I’m not concerned I just feel bad for you that you are making yourself and your business look even worse by continuing with this. Let it be known to all that Tonia will sue you if you write a poor review. Lastly I find it humorous that you accuse me of bullying when you ask your customers to harass me through Unilocal, and yes I have the messages to prove it. Furthermore this was nearly a month ago let it go already! It’s called constructive criticism for a reason, don’t you see how you furthering this is making you look bad in the end?

Had a terrible experience at the salon and would not recommend them to anyone. Used their services for hair & makeup for a wedding, for myself and my two daughters. My daughters came out just fine– and the staff were very attentive to my kids. Which is why they got 1 star. My hair and makeup however was an absolute disaster! Brought in a picture of the style I wanted and the end result was nowhere close to it. As for makeup, I didn’t realize there was a little bit of the jersey shore in oswego. Thankfully a friend of ours redid my hair at the bridal suite, a half hour before the wedding, and dumb down my raccoon eyes!

This was my first and last time visiting this spa. I did not have a horrible experience by any means, but I would just check out other places before I went back. I received a facial, massage, mani/pedi. I left more annoyed than relaxed because it took longer than expected and I was listening to the gossip, gripes, and inter-employee commentary. It has more of a beauty shop feel than a spa. The staff is friendly and tries to be fancy but they just can’t pull it off. They were gossiping and talking about food and whatnot. It is not what you would think of when you hear«Spa»(although it is decorating nicely with nice accommodations). The woman who performed the facial did a great job. I was happy with it. She was professional and thorough, and the procedure was relaxing. The massage wasn’t bad. I could see how people like the particular masseuse. He was friendly and knowledgable. They did not let me know he was a man though when I booked the appointment and normally they let you know if you are comfortable with that as a courtesy. The mani/pedi left much to be desired. The woman was friendly, but inefficient. My nails took awhile to do and didn’t look that nice. Like I said, I didn’t have a bad experience/nightmare situation as other people have said, but I would not personally recommend going here. If you get a Groupon/Living Social/other deal, then it may be worth it though.

Had a terrible experience with a mani-pedi. Both women were obviously inexperienced, neither I nor the person I was with were happy with the end result. I made the mistake of asking for a French manicure, which ultimately looked like a huge mess — and the girl doing mine said it was the best one she’d ever done! What’s worse, I think it was $ 55 for a mani-pedi, which is absurdly expensive for an Oswego salon(especially considering it was the worst one I’d ever had). I can’t speak to their skills when it comes to hair, but I’d never go back to get my nails done.
