Went here on Columbus Day. We did the corn maze, played in the play area, fed some animals, got to pet a horse, went apple picking, went pumpkin picking, and picked up some apple cider donuts. We spent a good 4hrs here. Although Keller’s seems small, there was a lot of cool stuff to do. Definitely worth a visit. The actual pumpkin patch is sort of far from the other activities if you have kids like mine that are very easily distracted. But there is a «pumpkin graveyard» with pre-picked pumpkins. My only complaint was that I was unable to find and bumpy or white pumpkins to ad to my annual fall set up that eventually the squirrels and neighborhood kids destroy. Oh well, I’m still planning on going again next year.

This place is amazing. Kids had a great time. Lots of options for kids to enjoy — tractor ride, Apple picking, pumpkin patch, petting animals and a pretty decent sized area for kids to enjoy. They also had a roped mqze for kids to enjoy. We took the kids on the smallest sized corn maze(they had various options the longest of which could take 2 – 3 hours). The staff was very courteous and helpful in answering the questions.

We went here on the Saturday of Columbus Day weekend and although there were a lot of people there I didn’t think it was too crowded. There was a lot to do for younger kids, like wooden play structures, bikes, petting zoo and a corn maze. There were also sections with smaller mazes for the kids and a section with beans to scoop and play with. I liked the added touch of telling the kids the type of beans being played with and what they were used for. Delicious apple cider and apple cider donuts that were still warm! There was a line to buy these, but it wasn’t too bad and they were working to move it quickly. While in line you could also watch them making the donuts which my kids found entertaining. We didn’t have time to check out the pick you own apples but that would be fun for another trip. All the employees we interacted with seemed super friendly. We used a Groupon deal which made it affordable. I’m not sure it would be worth the full price, but with the deal it was definitely a great time!

We really enjoyed our visit to Kellers Farmstand. We’ve been looking for a place like this. We’ve recently moved to the area from Michigan, which is essentially a state filled to the brim with little apple farms that make their own cider and doughnuts and have corn mazes. Last year, we went to Bodington’s, and it was a huge mess. It felt like the entire city of Chicago crammed themselves into a super cheesy, way too expensive carnival. The entire day was very unpleasant because you had to really fight the crowds to get anywhere and wait in a ton of lines full of pushy people. Kellers is more our speed. It’s definitely lower tech than Bodington’s, but you pay one admission fee for all of the activities(other than apple picking) and there aren’t really lines for anything. We still got there early to beat the crowds because it was a gorgeous day. The corn maze is broken up into sections based on difficulty. We did three of the four sections. Our group included a 4 year old, who got really into it at first, but then got tired. The easy section was just her speed. The market its self was a little underwhelming. They didn’t make any of the stuff they were selling, but I guess that’s not really a big deal.(The cider was from Michigan.) We LOVED the doughnuts. If I had kids, I would take them to Kellers instead of Bodington’s. I don’t have kids, but the level of stress I felt at Bodington’s was so high, and I can’t imagine having to keep track of a little one in the middle of all of that. Kellers is slower-paced, but yet still a ton of fun.

I would have given this place 5 stars except they changed things up a little since last year and I wouldn’t complain except they don’t sell plain apple cider donuts during the week. I came here on a Friday with 3 kids and invited several other families to join us. I loved the apple picking and you can eat as many as you want. I usually go for the honey crisp bc those are my all time favorites. I grabbed the bushel which was $ 40.00, you can stack them as high as you would like and planned on making applesauce out of them so I thought why not. We picked the apples and everyone had a good time. They don’t have any of the extra activities open during the week which kind of stinks but we come for the apples anyways and I knew nothing else would be open before heading out there. When we were done picking apples I went back in the store and saw them making apple cider donuts and was pretty excited about it… And then the lady told me they don’t sell them during the week. :(last year I came here during the week and I clearly remember buying several dozen(I bring them back from everyone) so I was a little disappointed, and the fact they they had them right there and wouldn’t budge on selling them :(. So if you want JUST apples come here but know before hand that there are not any activities outside of Apple picking nor can to buy plain Apple cider donuts!

Went for the first time this year! Had a great time drinking cider, eating donuts, getting lost in the corn maze and picking pumpkins. It was a little bit late for apple picking, but we still found a few good ones. We also bought some pumpkin butter to take home. Everyone working was very friendly, too! Would definitely visit again.

If you are looking for just a corn maze Kellers offers an excellent corn maze. This year they did a zombie themed maze that was a lot of fun. The maze has several sections and in each section are stations to find along the way. Lucky for me I always go with someone who is really great at puzzles so we zip along pretty quick and find all the stations including the secret location spots. The down side are the other attractions at Kellers. The petting zoo is small and uninteresting. The pumpkin patch is also very small. Go for the maze but don’t bother with the other attractions unless you have really small kids.

This place was fun but very small. We took our 3 year old who LOVED the play area with the ships and tractors! They had a small selections of pumpkins, which was find for a quick look. The corn maze we did not do but it looked fun! We also did apple picking. They had a very small part of the apple grove to pick at cause of the storms had wiped out some of the apples. Prices were about what you would get anywhere else but the staff was so friendly! The apple cider mini donuts were blah, there was not flavor to them at all. My daughter would not even eat a second one. If you keep an eye on Groupon they once in a while have deals on there for this place.

This is the second time my family has been there and we like it a lot. The corn maze is fun and there is plenty for kids to do. The downside would be the price of the pumpkins, they can get pricey. But if you go for the maze and a nice outdoor activity with family, I’d recommend it.

Are vegetables and fruits not in season? I must have gone during off-season because it was an uneventful visit.
