Mettler Portraits

I have had several opportunities to have our families portraits taken with Julie at Mettler portraits. She has captured countless great photos, always making it difficult to choose.
I would use no one else. She is a true professional, passionate about her work and gifted.

Julie takes awesome portraits for any occasion including the professional head shots we just had done. The turn around was fast. How good is Julie? We drove from Lombard to Oswego to get the portraits taken. That’s how good Julie is!

I live in East San Francisco Bay and hired Julie Mettler of Mettler Portraits to come out to shoot our daughter’s Sweet 16 photos. We had seen her work while we were visiting Chicago and just had to have her do it. We could not be more pleased. We spent two days on location all over San Francisco and Napa Valley and the photos are phenomenal. My friends are so impressed that we are all going to hire her to come back in two years to shoot senior photos. She took hundreds of photos which made it difficult to choose, but only because so many were so good. Julie was completely open about her pricing and her work is more than commensurate with what she charges. She was patient with all the wardrobe and location changes and has an eye for what will work to make for a perfect setting. You simply could not choose someone more passionate or professional to handle the special moments of your children’s lives.

I have been to a lot of photographers over the years with my children. Julie at Mettler Potraits has a way of bringing out their genuine smiles and personalities. Each time I have used her I have been so moved. Her pictures tell a story and benchmark where my children are in their lives. I am so happy to have found her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind professional who’s work shows her true passion.
