Very happy!!! Nicole made a very painful experience a little less painful. Did not mess around-my furnace needed to be replaced and no one wants to hear that but better than dumping good money after bad. They installed quickly, on time, good communication, did not leave a mess where they replaced the unit and did not bang up the walls carrying the old unit/installing the new unit. Also being female owned-she gave me options than just selling a unit. Got a Trane furnace without all the bells and whistles to help out with my budget. A lot of other places really pushed things on me that I did not feel comfortable. Thank You!!!
