After visiting several «repair shops «and being told the blinds we had were obsolete and could not be repaired due to lack of parts., we found Ogden Blinds .I talked on the phone and decided we would send our blinds in need of repair via USPS .Sent to them, repaired by then at a very reasonable cost no b. s about lack of correct parts and shipped back within a week This is my kind of service !! Blind problems? look no farther !!

We had a couple wood slats that needed repair. Kurt could not have been more helpful. He walked me through every step and I repaired them with his help. My husband was pleasantly surprised when he walked into our kitchen. Thank you again Kurt. Your customer service is the BEST.
