So I like this gym and I go there regularly but I wish this planet fitness was open ²⁴⁄₇ otherwise I would rate 5 stars

This place do not treat customers right, first of all if people are going to work out why do they sign up for tanning when other people who only come in to tan have to wait. they should tan first before work out or wait till they are done and let the other members go first. They should have some kinda rules for this. I see other people complaining besides me, so i know im not the only

I know people love to make fun of Planet Fitness, but the one in Oswego is actually pretty impressive. The machines are always clean and I’ve rarely had to wait to use what I wanted to use. The staff is also pretty friendly.
