the lady at the front desk printed 40 pages wrong, so she had to reprint them. So i asked her if i could change the paper quality to a cheaper kind, and she said sorry its too late meanwhile the printer was not even printing. why lie to a customer when you would have no loss, you already have to print again. Horrible, i hate being lied to and got jipped 45 bucks. DO NOT recommend
