Steele Residential Services

We just purchased a new home. We had the entire home painted by Steele Residential Services. They had the home painted in 3 days and did a fabulous job. They took care of our belongings that were in the way and helped us with some color choices. The home was left in perfect condition when they finished and we were not inconvenienced at all.
I will recommend Steel Residential to anyone looking to have quality work done at a fair price. I already have family and friends that are in awe of the speed and quality of their work! Great job!

Marvin seems like a nice enough person, but never returns phone calls or text messages. We were going to have him install our flooring, but with NO communication on his part, we now would be very concerned to use him.

If I could give less than a star, I would. We interviewed many painters prior to hiring Marvin Steele. He seemed to understand what we were looking for and was willing to help us find the right colors.
After having to change the paint colors, the job finally finished. We decided to leave our doorways white on the inside. This means that the paint in each room needs to be nearly perfect around the edges, so that it looks right. Well, Marvin Steele must have decided that it wasn’t necessary to tape off the edges, because every doorway looks absolutely terrible. I have friends and guests that have come into our home and have made comments. It’s embarrassing.
We have made 10 attempts to contact him since he finished the job. By email, phone and text.
Someone who «guarantees» their work, surely doesn’t seem to care about standing by it.
Not only are all of our edges tacky, but we noticed a complete area that was never painted and that only one coat of paint was used.
If you are smart, you will not hire Steele Residential for any of your work. We never wanted to write a bad review, but since we have been taken advantage of, we felt it was the only way. This is bad business.
