In the beginning this location was out to impress. Now, almost just like any other TB. They used to give you plenty meat but now you get more lettuce than anything else.
Also, what is up with their dining room ventilation system? If you want to dine in, the two corner tables are the «best». Otherwise you are dining in hurricane force winds. Whomever designed the HVAC system needs to go back to school.
Sadly, this is the best location in the area and when we get the crave to run to the boarder, this is the only one we’ll go to.

Always fuck up my order. Really pisses me off when I order supreme tacos, get charged for it and then I get home and it’s not supreme. Sometimes I’ll order a chicken quesadilla and there’s no chicken. Or order a steak burrito and there’s literally 3 pieces of meat and the rest is just cheese and beans. Staff is really cool and friendly tho, but seem to half ass everything.

Do not go to this location in the evening because they close whenever they feel like it. I’ve tried going several hours before close (according to their new hours posted) and they weren’t open. Aside from being unreliable with their hours, my friends and I have received undercooked food here a handful of times-completely unmelted cheese, hard potatoes, etc. If you feel a Taco Bell urge coming on, make the trip to the Douglas Rd location!

Store hours on the taco bell website and in the mobile app state that this location is open until 4am, however I’ve never seen it open past 1am.
That said, the quality of the food here is good for taco bell, and accuracy is better than the McDonald’s next door.

This is hands-down the worst Taco Bell — I have been there at least 10 times now, and literally every single time my order is WRONG!
It’s become a game in our family: guess whose order will be wrong or just completely missing from the order. It’s truly unbelievable that this can happen on such a consistent basis.
I gave this place way too many chances already. I will never go back. (We go to Taco Bell at least twice per week — now I have to drive further to another location in order to get my food correct). Ridiculous.

I admit, I don’t eat here often, but I get in the «mood» for Taco Bell sometimes. I’ve been here 3 times (drive through) since they’ve opened and each time they have messed up my order. All I’m asking is for sour cream on the tacos.
Don’t get me wrong the people who work there have been very nice, but I’ve mentioned the issues from the previous times and something is missing again and I get charged for it.
I’m not going back again.
