The Manor At Seneca Hill

I would like to thank all of the staff at Seneca Manor for taking such great care of my grandma, my aunt and my uncle in their time there.
My Grandma Angeline lived there the last 5 years until she passed today. She was treated with the utmost kindness and dignity. The aides and nurses truly care about their patients. From the wonderful guests they’d bring in to sing (Elvis, Paul Having a Ball) to the Holiday Parties they put on and the daily activities-​they always did their best to keep everyone in good spirits, which is not an easy thing to do.
Many thanks to Shari Mezza and her team, as well the Nursing Staff and Aides for all their hard work. It means so much to families to know that our loved ones are taken care of 24 – 7, when we cannot be there.

This place is a joke. The administration here is full of snooty women. The doctors only think of you as a number. And boy do they show it. They hire 16 year olds to care for 15 residents. Those 16 year olds can not take care of themselves let alone 15 other individuals who truly need care. Worst experience. Nursing staff is always short and the turn-​over rate is ridiculous.
