Food was crap, prices were ridiculous. having a ice ring inside of a bar? I don’t think I want my kids to be growing up around bars. I don’t want my eight-​year-​old going to hockey practice in a bar or near a bar. what’s next have a tattoo parlor along with a smokeshop? The type of People that would bring the kids to a bar to go ice skating are people I wouldn’t want to be around so having said that I will never be going back there.

The food is delicious, I love the new menu options! Service is always great and the co-​workers are friendly. They have definitely improved since opening.

I was looking for a placé to eat between baseball games in Rogers and Otsego. From à distance I saw the Igloo. I was à little confused if it was à liquor store due to beer posters on Windows but it would be strange to have another liquor store next to Target and their liquor store (Yes this Target has à liquor store) and another liquor store at end of strip mall. At the outside there was à Happy Hour sign so I guess its à bar. Upon walking in around 2:00 there was hardly anyone in here or working. I observed à hockey rink connected to the place. There were beautiful blue floors to resemble water. Was given 2 menus and wasnt gonna order fried bar food. I decided ti splurge on $ 12 Ahi Tuna salad and ordered it to go. The tuba was seared and seasoned well and it was on mixed greens. ⁴⁄₅ stars on small portion size and no plastic silverware. Shhh the waitress gave me réal silverware to take. I may return if in Otsego again.

Why is there not a zero stars option? All around, disappointed. I work in this industry and I was less than unimpressed. First off, you’re a new restaurant, new menu, new atmosphere. How about you let us sit down before asking us what we want and a smile wouldn’t hurt either. My boyfriend and I ordered Bloody Mary’s. We are both 23 years of age and our server never asked for our ID. That’s scary. The bloody’s were bland at best. While the restaurant was barely half full… The other half was covered in filthy, unbussed tables. For such a slow night, there is no excuse to not clean them. I don’t want to look at a family’s left over dinner scraps. We ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. SMOTHERED in hot sauce. If there was any other seasonings on that chicken it was long gone. It is not, however, our servers fault for how slow the bartender was. If your kid isn’t playing on the ice, you don’t exist. We will not be back.

Stopped in for a beer with friends. Only a handful of customers on a Saturday night with NHL playoffs going on. Our waitress was not at all friendly. She did not take our empty glass when the first round was done. We had to ask if she would please remove, she responded «If you want me too». The atmosphere was dark and had no theme.
We were hoping it was going to be a new hangout, but sorry we will not be back

I would give them zero stars if possible. Service slow. My wife’s salad still had the sticker on the red pepper. They didn’t even bring my salad. They were out of milk, lemonade and chicken nuggets.

Wow they need some help. I took my family there for lunch today. They could not figure out how to seat a family of five at their four person tables. We asked for a high chair, but the manager said they are still in boxes. We waited 45 minutes before we walked out with no food. Both of the paper towel dispensers in the restroom were empty. I also watched them push a Target cart through the restaurant with food in it. I can make Target food at home. The best part is they had less than ten tables being used. Don’t waste your time if want to eat.
