I bought a groupon for their services. When I called to redeem, they seemed disappointed that it was a groupon deal because of the lower profit. Once they arrived, they said they needed to upcharge me because one of the rooms was bigger than they expected. During the cleaning, they then put the pressure on to buy addon services.
Within a week, the carpet in the living room looked almost as bad as it did before (pet stains still remained) and the bedroom looked worse because now there is an imprint from where the hose was laying which attracted dirt from the residual chemicals.
I will not be using them again.
I give them one star because you cannot give zero.
