I had a great experience buying my first Harley from Starved Rock Harley Davidson. My salesman Jim was very professional and nice. I never felt pressured and he was able to get the price of my bike down to where I wanted. After all the haggling, he still gave me a $ 250 Harley gift card for buying the bike. The store is smaller than other dealerships, but they can special order anything the bigger dealerships offer. The merchandise sales staff are some of the nicest ladies I’ve ever dealt with in retail. They are very helpful and do what they can to make you happy.

Weak… very week. I expected better from a dealer in a prime location in a nice looking building. Their motor clothes department is pathetic. I’ve been in smaller dealers who are FAR BETTER than this place is. I can’t speak for the other departments, but MC needs help… serious help.
