I just found a bedbug in my room and I refuse to spend a night in that room again… nope despite the fact that it looks rundown… ill sleep in my van for a week rather than in the room

It’s not surprising when a budget chain provides a basic experience, but since walls have to be painted and bedding purchased anyway, why not give more thought to décor? The floral bedcover evoked the 1980s and it had a cigarette burn. The bathroom was clean and dimly lit with a fluorescent surface-​mount ceiling fixture hilariously mounted *on the wall* above the mirror. The switch for the exhaust fan also was mounted above the mirror, out of reach of children, maybe? The room was clean and had a TV and a generously-​sized in-​room fridge. The walls were thin so I could hear other guests. If the tab had been less than $ 80 it would have been easier to overlook a few shortcomings but at that price one starts to expect more.
