We are a little over 6 months in to our first year lease with Clear Creek, and so far we are pretty impressed. The apartments are beautiful. The customer service has been good. Maintenance has been prompt and courteous. Management does a pretty good job of maintaining order (tenants pick up pet feces, no noisy neighbors, folks at the pool are relatively well behaved, etc.). We have a small «yard» attached to our apartment that turns into a mud hole when there is any moisture on the ground at all, but overall, we are very happy here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment in a good location.
