Their delivery drivers must not have common sense. My boyfriend was not home in his apartment when they stopped there for delivery. Instead of leaving it at the front office where most packages should be left, they left it with someone else in a different apartment! Like most apartment complexes, you don’t know your neighbors! So why would they leave it with someone else?! Luckily, this neighbor was kind enough and called my boyfriend. Absolutely ridiculous.

Poor customer service. Follow up call defensive and filled with «corporate policy» excuses. Unknown corporate policy to order taker and customers. Halfhearted compensation offers withdrawn by end of conversation when clear I would not be a repeat customer after three years (two prior at 119^th location with NO problems) of orders.
Very disappointed in attitude.
One star for answering phone. One star for delivery person.
Too bad –delivery to MAJOR corporation in OP is great advertisement.

I am writing this review for Edible Arrangements in Overland Park, KS. I made an order with the company a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately there was a small oversight on the order. I was feeling very anxious about the order because it was an important day for my fiancé. Well the small issue that came up was immediately resolved by the new owner Chaz Wolfe. He not only rectified the error but went over the top to make sure that I understood how important I was as their customer and the only thing that was important in that circumstance is that I felt satisfied. I am a person who truly believes in customer service and this was the highest level of service that I have received in years. I told Chaz that he has earned my business not only the first time I purchased from him but this time made me a life long customer. I never write reviews but this one deserved this.
Thank you again Chaz, can’t wait to call you with my next order.

This Edible Arrangements location is now under new ownership and man does it show! Their operation is run very smoothly & the gal who answered the phone patiently answered all my questions before I finally decided to place my order. The arrangement was a hit at our party & the chocolate-​covered pineapple was amazing!!! Such a great gift idea for mother’s day, customer appreciation, or just to brighten someone’s day. Way better than flowers, because you can EAT the arrangement — hence, Edible Arrangements! Ha!

Went in to get an arrangement and also because I wanted to get a promo they advertised online. They only had one arrangement and said that was the only one I could buy. I asked about their promo and they said their location had decided not to participate. I won’t ever go to this location again. A big waste of time.

I remember how surprised I was the first time someone sent one of these to me. A «floral arrangement» of fruit — some of which was topped in chocolate. The arrangement is delivered chilled of course, but don’t worry about refrigerating it; your staff will eat all of it before there are any leftovers.
Great concept and I’ve always had excellent service from this location.
