Express

Love, love, love this place! I can always find great deals on quality clothing and accessories! The staff is usually pretty helpful and nice! Conveniently located inside oak park mall.

So glad they didn’t answer their phones today. Instead of driving all the way out there and hoping they had my size and buying one of their coats for $ 150, I went to Burlington and got a Calvin Klein jacket and a Miss 60 jacket for $ 140.

I really enjoy shopping at Express for conference/​business appropriate clothing for men. Being a taller guy with long arms it is really hard to find a fitted suit jacket that’s a 44 long. When I go to Banana Republic and try on suit jackets I look like a Neanderthal. My arms stick out 4 inches from the cuff and I look like a well dressed cave man. Express solves that problem for me. Their business attire is well constructed and very professional. I’m not in anyway a hipster but they do have the photographer series for those of you who are. They have something for everyone from young business professionals to high school and college hipsters. The staff here falls short on their duties sometimes and that’s what’s keeping them from a 5 out of 5 in my book. I find that they tend to hire the young hipster crowd and they don’t pay the best attention to their customers. Overall I will be back next time I need a new business clothes.

I used to come here for all of my Express Clothing. Here recently they have added a new manager and employees and they are all a bunch of lazy bums. I went to buy a shirt today and it was a shirt that I really wanted, but found myself actually not wanting this shirt after dealing with the people there. First, the guy took forever to ask if I needed help, then when I went to the register the two girls there were slow and were taking forever to get people checked out. Then they told me I was going to have to wait and blah blah blah. So I fnally just said, PEACE! and have decided to go to the other Express store in Leawood. They have their own mens store anyway.
The other thing that I didn’t like about this store was that I wanted a particular tie, but they had only one left and it was on a mannequin. I requested that tie and they told me they would not give it to me. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she simply told the employee to tell me that she wouldn’t do it. The supervisor didn’t even have the decency to come speak with me herself. Now, understand that I am an A-​List platinum member so you would think they would at least come and talk to me, but nada, nothing, zilch, zip.
Anyway, I went to the Leawood Express and told them my story, they called the Oak Park Store, chewed them out and that same time was delivered to the Leawood store within 24 hours and I went and bought it no problem. Needless to say, I will be doing my shopping at the other store.

This review is of course, for the Men’s store.
It’s the only Express with a large variety of sizes for every type of jeans they have available. I’m very happy as well with the quality of the dress shirts I have purchased. One of my favorite stores to shop for clothing.
