Great place! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They always seem really excited about the product as well. They also have a really great collective of cool sterling silver pieces, which are harder to find than you might think. I boight some Boma brand lpieces and also learned they have a warranty, which made me feel better about the purchase.

My parents had a very poor customer service experience here yesterday. They purchased three t-​shirts and a few other items for my niece as Christmas gifts. All three shirts were too small so they returned with her to the store yesterday to exchange the merchandise for other sizes. As the shirts were given as gifts, they had the tags on with prices cut off, and a gift receipt for everything. The employee at the register initially refused to offer an exchange because the bar codes had been cut off the tags. After a terse conversation, she patronizing my acquiesced. My niece could only find replacement sizes for two of the three shirts, so my parents had to eat the cost of the third shirt as the employee wouldn’t grant a refund. What a poor attitude, and they’ve lost more than just my parents as customers. I won’t ever shop there either.

That staff here are very friendly. They immediately provided service and assistance to assure that i was fully-​informed about how the all-​cotton shirts i was pondering (as gifts) would shrink.
