My turkey sub club(Friday special $ 7.99 with chips and drink) had plenty of tasty Boar’s Head meat with fresh toppings on delicious bread. There was plenty of bread, but it did not overwhelm the meat and toppings. The menu had plenty of sandwiches, cheese steaks, wraps, and paninis. They also had nine bread options(including gluten-free) and three wrap options. The service was professional, somewhat friendly, and fast. Very nice.

This place is not in New Jersey and the owners are not from Jersey. However, the atmosphere was pleasant and the bathroom was clean.

This place is an embarrassment to New Jersey. It’s worse than being stuck in Bayonne at night with no cab fare. It’s that bad. The sub sandwich I had had very little meat and was on a very soft, spongy hoagie roll. And it was very expensive. You’re better off in terms of taste and in consideration of your wallet going to Wal-Mart for a sub sandwich.

Great place that I’ve driven past 1,000 times! Fresh at its best. Plus Boar’s Head to go!

Perfect sandwich stop. They serve flat out wraps which I loved — low calorie delicious. Quality lunch meat, zippy muatard and perfectly shredded lettuce(yes, I require my ideal sub to have shredded lettuce always)

I love being able to get an excellent sandwich and be able to drive through quickly to pick it up! I love the Reuben’s!

I always love jersey boyz. The meat is always fresh as the ingredients. The bread is amazing. Be sure to get the peppercorn turkey. Yum.

How yummy is this place? I have not found much«original» food here in the Kansas area(Johnson County). We went on a saturday-pretty famished. The line was long but moved pretty quick-all the subs are numbered so it is easy to order. They ask if you want it dressed-means with pepper, salt, oregano, oil and lettuc. e They also have the gluten free bread that is made here in KC. They give you two small sandwiches since the bread slices are only about 2.5×1.5. We ordered it to-go, next time we will definately order in advance and pick it up. Since they slice all the deli meat as you order the order can take some time… and I was on the verge of fainting from needed food. Ok maybe that is an exaggeration but seriously, you do not want to be around me when I am hungry. I ordered the #2, which was cappicola and ham with provolone. Jason ordered just ham and cheese, #11. The lady who took our order was very friendly and explained the gluten free bread to us-she could tell it was our first time there. OMGSH they were wonderful, how true subs should be made. And no subway is not how a true sub should be. Have you actually ever smelled subways bread? Makes me want to vomit. Back on track now – I scarfed my two sandwiches down within 7 minutes of arriving at home. I wish they had a few more chip options, they have many brands but not the best options. If you can wrap your head around that. We will be back! I am thrilled to have this place somewhat close to my new home. ** Their deli meats are Boar’s Head, which as you know are all gluten free** Bonus: They had Syracuse basketball on TV too! True NE type of place.

I have been coming here since high school and I’m 36 now. This is the best deli I have ever been to in the KC area. My kids love the food also and we have never had a bad meal here. When my parents visit, they always ask to go to Jersey Boys. Why would you go any where else for a sandwich when you know the food will be excellent every time.

Daily specials… on saturday and sunday you can choose any of the daily specials… those are wild card days. They have zapps chips and raspberry brisk tea… Most of the sandwiches are delightful. I wouldn’t recommend the french dip. Boar’s head.

Best real east coast style deli in KC as far as I am concerned. And why not, seeing as the owners are from Jersey. In the Midwest, where Pizza Hut is considered real pizza, and Subway a deli, it’s nice to have this little taste of home around. I guess it’s all a matter of personal taste, but when I see a person ordering Pastrami on rye with Cheese and mayonnaise, I get light headed and need to sit down. My Jewish NY neighbors would probably go into cardiac arrest.

This is hands down the best sandwich joint in the KC area. I you haven’t tried it, shame on you. Your mom would probably be upset.
