Oleha is a miracle worker. There, I said it. And it’s true. She put together a reasonably-​priced package of treatments including peels and microdermabrasion that has made a huge difference in my skin.
One thing to note is that I started with fairly decent skin for my age. I often get amazed looks from people when they find out I’m in my 50s. But I was always a bit self-​conscious about the imperfections I saw on my face and those have improved greatly after receiving several treatments.

Lines have lessened a lot (I pretty much have no crow’s feet! Lucky me!)

In addition to treatments, she recommended at-​home care that is a bit non-​traditional (regular use of toner and no moisturizer) but it works. I am actually happier with my skin now than I was ten years ago.
In addition to great-​looking skin, I can honestly say that I love having Oleha as my esthetician. She’s laid-​back, funny, sweet, and it’s clear she really cares about her customers’ outcomes.

I get the enzyme facials regularly in addition to using their products and my skin is better than it was as a teen. Kenlee is like a magician. She puts together a comprehensive plan for your skin so that it behaves. Before seeing her, I had blotchy skin and numerous Mt. Vesuvius’ that would pop up on my chin (you know the ones — painful, never quite get to the surface and look oh so obtrusive when you view yourself in the mirror). One day after starting her regimen, I threw away my coveted moisturizer. Two weeks later, my skin felt better. One month later I noticed my period came with barely a bump on the chin. Four months later, I now notice that things MOVE rather than sit and fester.

I have been seeing Oleha for the past 6 months and she has changed the life of my skin. I do not go gentle into that good night. While I still feel like a youngster, my face says otherwise. Those fine little lines creep across the ever present remnants of adolescent acne. Yep… I am simultaneously young and old. What’s a gal to do?
The answer is «rage, rage» against the march of time.
Kenlee’s Skin Shop is a quiet and restful place. Kenlee herself is a testament to her own treatments. Her skin is amazing and doesn’t have that weird, drag queeny makeup that you see on a lot of aestheticians. What’s with that anyway?
Her enzyme facial is a little tingly and her extractions sometimes make my eyes water, but not in an intolerable way. I also have a hard time breathing in the steam during the facial, but that’s with every facial and I think that’s just the way I am. Maybe it’s my asthma. Who knows? I don’t really care. My skin feels hydrated, exfoliated and just plain younger after each treatment.
On my first visit, the facial wasn’t as relaxing as I would have liked because she talked throughout. Kenlee believes in somewhat controversial skincare regimen where toners are imperative and moisturizers are unnecessary. I also didn’t think some of the science she cited was entirely accurate, but I didn’t care. My skin looked amazing. On my next visit, it was more of a classic facial experience where I felt relaxed and pampered.
Occasionally, Kenlee has openings in her schedule where she offers $ 50 appointments for facials, peels, or microdermabrasion. That’s a nice perk. Subscribe to her FB account to get word of these special deals.
I’ve started using the Vit A serum and toners. My skin is better… but I don’t know if that is the regimen I’m on or Kenlees amazing facials. Regardless, I’m happy with the results.

I’ve been seeing Kenlee whenever I can off and on for the last two years and it’s made an incredible difference in my skin. One of the things I like the most about Kenlee is that she is always forth coming with information and advice but is never a pushy sales person. She’s also very easy to talk to and good company while she’s «working» on you.
I’ve had peels (both chemical — OUCH! — and enzyme), pore cleansing sessions and microderm abrasion. I turned 37 this year and I get complements on my skin all of the time. This is due not only to Kenlee’s skill at peels, etc. but also the line of products she sells and the experience with which she recommends them. Many of those products are items that she has developed herself. She has worked wonders on the acne-​prone skin of this occasional sun-​worshiper.
