I am happy with the quality of the carpeting I recently purchased; however I do not recommend this carpet dealer. The installation team was unprofessional. The lead installer made a highly inappropriate comment to me about a religious article in my home. When I complained to the installer’s manager, his response was minimal. The salesperson was happy to sell me the product; however, when I requested warranty information be sent to me, she dragged her feet for a month.
