Very inviting dress Shop with exceptional customer service! The ladies that run the shop are pleasant, personable, & just quite fun to chat with. One of my daughters and I popped into this spot when we were out shopping for Homecoming dresses. We were happy to find a nice selection of unique quality dresses so of course we left with one.
We are looking forward to the next opportunity that life brings so we can swing back in and shop for another cute dress!

My experience at Natalie M. was amazing. After wedding dress shopping a few times before and being disappointed with the results I was nervous about giving it another go. I am a curvy girl and have had a hard time finding stores that are plus size friendly. I went in not sure what to expect and thinking once again that nothing would fit me. Meredith my consultant was phenomenal!
She listened to me and didn’t pressure me at all at any point during my visit. She also did a great job maoing me feel comfortable. With her help I found my dream dress and left very happy. I would absolutely reccomend Natalie M. to anyone searching for their dream dress!

The ladies at the store were absolutely amazing. They listened to my wants and needs. They spent so much time with me and never made me feel rushed. My dress was amazing and they even provide a source for it to get fitted. I’ll most definitely buy any special occasion dress there, they have so many different styles in stock. Thank you for making me feel beautiful on my wedding day!

I went there with my sister who is getting married. The staff was wonderful, all of them were sweet, and very helpful, real people who were not pushy and giggled with us as we were shopping. She found a breath taking dress for about a ¹⁄₃ of the original cost. The store was a breath of fresh air, when it comes to bridal shopping.

Over this past weekend my mother and I went to Natalie M, and we had a wonderful experience here! Rosie was our sale consultant and she was terrific. There were a few dresses that I didn’t like certain things on it and she would tell you if it can be removed or if it could altered in anyway. They do carry the Alfred Angelo bridal designer which was great because that’s the line I loved. I brought my dress at this store knowing I made the right decision. The ladies in there all almost cried when we KNEW it was the dress, you can tell they really do care. Sometimes they have specials going on, and I even got (really good useful) freebies since I said yes the same day of the first appointment! I would highly recommend using this store. I can’t say enough about this location or the ladies in there.

I have a friend who is getting married in January. We went to another store first that allegedly catered to the larger ladies. However, when we got there they didn’t have much in her size/​price range for her to try on. I ended up having to put on some dresses so she would have an idea of what they would look like.
So, after leaving the store — the bride to be and another friend and I were in the parking lot talking and decided we would give Natalie M a try. We called and were told that they were busy but she could try on some bridesmaid dresses (which is actually what she thought she wanted as this is her second marriage).
We arrived and they were able to let her try on wedding and bridesmaid dresses. They brought in lots of options for her to try and eventually she narrowed it down to one dress. In the end she went with another bridal salon for her dress but I was very impressed with how willing the staff was to go the extra mile and squeeze us in without an appointment on a very busy Saturday.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing my wedding gown at Natalie M — couldn’t have asked for every lady (all four of them that helped me!) to have been more invested in my success and happiness. They were so sweet, helpful and genuine! Granted they don’t do alterations, but the experience is worth it and they do refer (though I haven’t followed up yet) to someone they say is good and reasonable in pricing.

I’m new to this Unilocal deal, so this review comes 5 years late… but I wanted to give my review for Natalie M because it’s one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I got married back in 2005, so I don’t have a current experience, but it’s an experience nonetheless.
At the end of 2004 my friend and I attended a bridal show in OP. We passed dress vendor after dress vendor and everyone of them just stood there like soul-​less drones. Not one welcomed us over to their table or even looked at us. Then we came up to Natalie M’s table. (She was just beginning the transition from Fashions at Large back then.) Natalie herself greeted us right as we were walking by and was incredibly friendly and personable. We got to talking and it wasn’t long before I was on her books for a fitting appointment. I already loved her.
My best friend came with me for the appointment as well and when we got there we were greeted and taken back promptly and offered refreshments. The staff was so helpful and attentive, and Natalie was there also assisting. One consultant was working with me, while another was working with my friend, who is plus size. Every time I had a dress on she had a dress on as well and we went thru the motions of deciding how the dresses looked together and how the bridesmaid dress would look on the other 5, yes 5, attendants, all of whom ranged from size 2 – 14. I finally found «the one» and my girlfriend came out with «the one» for the girls as well. She found the perfect dress for her, and it was perfect for anyone in my party, no matter their size. Both dresses were Alfred Angelo. Natalie and her staff got us set up and we got all 7 dresses ordered, two of which were going to be out of town shipments. They made it a breeze, and we were done!
All the orders came back in a timely fashion and my girls took care of their own alterations. My gown fit perfectly and only needed a bustle which set me back all of $ 15. Natalie referred me to her seamstress for that. I also purchased a very simple, one layer veil.
To this day my experience with Natalie M and her staff is one that sticks out so positively. I’m a former model and I’ve done work for several bridal boutiques in the KC area. But have never, and will never recommended anyone other than Natalie M for wedding dress shopping. They were super great folks and made me feel like I was a celebrity. When my husband and I renew our vows someday, I’m going back to Natalie M!

I’m gonna have to go back on this one. Did these women become possessed by demons since I was last there?
I cannot stress enough how horrible this place is. If you are a bride, please do not put yourself through the stress of dealing with this store. I did not get my dress here, but I took my four bridesmaids in to get theirs. The girls were not measured, they just had them try on random dresses until one fit and then ordered that size in the dress we wanted. That just does not work since dresses are often cut and sized differently.
1 — One of my bridesmaids was very newly pregnant and will be 6 mos. pregnant at the time of my wedding. They said one size bigger would be sufficient and they would alter it to fit. When the dress came in it was way too tight, even after every last inch had been taken it. We ended up having to pay well over $ 100 in alterations and buying additional fabric for her dress. Natalie M. said we could order another but would have to pay an additional $ 180 to have it rushed so we’d get it in time.
2 — One of the other girls tried on her dress and it was two sizes too small. Again, she had to pay a lot of money to buy fabric and put into the dress.
When I called the store to talk to the manager about this, she got angry, shouted at me and accused me of lying. She claimed that her store had never had a complaint and she would not let me speak; she continually interrupted me to tell me I was wrong. When I called back the next day, the employee I spoke to wasn’t as rude, but she put me on hold while I in the middle of a sentence several times, more or less said my bridesmaids were too fat and still would not really listen to my complaint.
I am just outraged at the lack of professionalism and the rudeness of these people. We trusted their employees on ordering the correct sizes and even though they were wrong, we’re the ones paying for it. Please seek another shop for getting your gowns!
