Natural Way Chirpractic

While doctors here seem knowledgable, their billing practices seem deceptive. I’ve used Natural Way twice, a couple years apart, and had bad experiences both times with two separate doctors. I asked VERY specific questions regarding what to expect cost wise for treatments before starting a treatment plan. I was told one thing but charged an entirely different amount!!! This happened when I was using my insurance the first time and again recently as a cash paying customer. I only gave them a second chance because I thought maybe I had misunderstood the first time I sought out treatment. But make no mistake, I did not misunderstand anything upon this return. A valuable lesson learned at high cost; both financially and emotionally. Shame on you Natural Way!

I got a card from this place in the old settler’s day a couple years ago. My neck/​jaw was hurting and I was on the hunt for a new chiropractor. I called for an appointment and showed up. Upon walking in I thought I had stepped more into a spa place than a doctor’s office. All staff was pleasant and willing to listen to your issues.
Only irritation was I just wanted an alignment but on first visit they just took info and xrays and I was told to come back. Coming back I did like the card swiping and automated voice to tell you which room to go to. I did get adjusted and a massage on my 2^nd trip.
It’s a nice place. So nice that you better have great insurance to pay for it. Which I did not and therefore only went the 2 times.

I have been going to this chiropractor for some time now and they have always treated me with top-​notch support. This is a very professional environment that really knows how to take care of their clients.
I remember not too long ago I hurt my back and was not able to walk. When I finally was able to crawl and limp I went to the chiropractor and was able to get fixed up pretty quickly.
This chiropractor office is unique in the sense that it is state of the art. You are given a card to swipe which has all of your info on it. The intercom then tells you which room to go into and you swipe your card in the room and your info comes up on the computer. You are able to see your x-​rays and diagnosis if you want. When you first arrive they complete an extensive analysis of your situation and watch how you walk and carry yourself. You are given excercises and posture reminders to help get better.
They recently added some water massage machines which work wonders and you don’t have to have an appointment. They also have decompression machines, a physical therapy room and a tiens machine. I have had all of the services here and it has helped me tremendously. I’ve even had ultrasound on my back to break up scar tissue… feels good after the fact.
The doctor that I recommend is Dr. Brian Rissman. He has really worked with me and actually listens to what you have to say. It’s not just about his own interpretation of what he thinks you have, but rather what you know hurts. The front counter girls are nice and call you to remind you of an appointment or to reschedule. If you are looking for a new chiropractic office, then this is the place to go!
