Worst customer service EVER! Every time I need to take my car in, this place ALWAYS happens to be busy so I always take my car somewhere else. They always tell me to make an appointment but sometimes I can’t because things just happen. Half of the time I see them standing around or sitting around. They are always too busy to do a basic tire rotation & balance. The rotation & balance come free when you buy their tires but anytme I want to take it in they don’t have time. I’m sure if I were spending over $ 1000 they would make time.
Rudest employees ever.
They told me I needed new shocks and who knows what else. It was going to cost me over $ 1000 so I took it to Ford and they said there was nothing wrong with the shocks and it ended up being something totally different that cost me half what NTB was charging me.
All they want is your money.
