As patients of Dr. Mellick we were always pleased with her care. However, we did not have good experiences with the rest of the staff. The P.A. was not empathetic towards me as a concerned mother, Dr. Ratliff used the term «pissed off» in front of my 3 ½ year old child and the front office staff always seems to either be in a bad mood or too busy to smile and say «hello» when we walked in the door. I also never appreciated the email blasts that seemed to talk down to the clientele by asking people to «please stop calling the office» about this year’s flu vaccine shortage. It seems the office staff also does not want to be bothered with phone calls.

We have been coming to Pediatric Partners for eight years. Dr. Mellick is great. She is down to earth and never seems rushed, taking time to ask questions and let us ask our own questions.
Even though the practice has moved farther away from us we can’t imagine going anywhere else.
