Amazing studio with a friendly staff and beautiful equipment and studio place! All teachers are certified and very helpful with perfecting each move to give you a killer workout!

Well designed, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve gone to two classes and they were challenging yet approachable for the beginner. If you are looking for a classic studio, this may not be your place — not bad, just a warning. Classes are designed so you use yoga mats on the floor. The teachers incorporate props (weights, circle, etc) occasionally. All-​in-​all, a great place to get a work out!
