I live in Calif but commute to Overland Park every week, so when it’s time for my annual physical I need to get my labs done, and this lab is very convenient. However every year without fail, either I need to remind them to fax my labs to my doctor, or my doctor’s office has to call them to get them to fax the results. They have absolutely no back office process as far as I can see. They’re probably doing bulk work for local hospitals and don’t really pay attention to walk-​in patients like me.
