I can’t believe it’s been more than 10 years now since my husband and I first met with Rob to pick out our rings.
He’s taken great care of us ever since. I stop by every few months for a cleaning and admire his current collection. Each time he also checks to make sure all the settings are tight & look good. I’ve not had any trouble yet.
Our rings are still in great shape. The quality is top notch and I continue to receive compliments on it.

What can I say, Rob was absolutely fantastic to work with. He’s been our family’s jeweler for years so when I was ready to get an engagement ring, he was the logical choice. I’d never worked personally with Rob before, but he was extremely consultative in the weeks leading up to our visit. We’re from San Francisco and made the trip all the way to Kansas City to see him — that’s how good he is! He made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in the door and was unbelievably knowledgeable (which shouldn’t be a surprise given his 30+ years of experience!) I can’t say enough nice things about working with him. The stones and settings he had on hand for us were perfect at an amazing price point. Will go back to Rob again. No-​brainer.
